One of de László's female friends has asked Kautsch whether it's true what has been reported in a German newspaper: de László is getting divorced to marry an operetta singer from Budapest.

    Kautsch is glad de László is in the mountains, however, he (de László) seems overworked. Kautsch is busy with work. He asks whether they could meet in Munich. Beneditte [Bénédite?] agrees that de László should not postpone his dedication for too long; he mentions "George Petit's" and "acquired by the State", but that it is ultimately de László's decision.

Every nation has 1 painter, 1 sculptor, 1 architect, etc. De László was suggested as the painting representative for Hungary; Kautsch would like to know if de László will accept this position; Kautsch mentions some awards he has recently received.
