    Two press cuttings. 1. The Sketch. De László previously painted Lady Louis Mountbatten in her wedding dress [3178] and has just completed another of her [3520]. Also painting the American Ambassador, Frank Billings Kellogg [5917], which will hang at the American Embassy with his portraits of Walter Page [6498] and John Davis [4636]. 2. The People. The American Ambassador's wife will be departing soon, leaving insufficient time for de László to finish her portrait. "But there are lots of old masters in America."
