    Response to de László's questions about the Society of Independent Artists. Kézdi-Kovács explains that the society is in competition neither with the Műcsarnok nor the Nemzeti Szalon. Its aim is to create a community of like-minded artists and to promote national values through the organisation of exhibitions and a show where the László medal would be awarded.

He is from Óbecse and has seen the artist's The Storyteller [10937], Man Wearing a Fez [111291] and “two beautiful nudes” [possibly 110962]. References to the “Anglo-Hungarian Society”.
