Edward Patry hopes de László's son is recovering. Patry has received a letter from the General (possibly Lieutenant-General Sir Aylmer Hunter-Weston, see fn 1 in transcription). Patry will come to town soon & will make arrangements for removing picture in the case (possibly [7122], see fn 2)
